Runner-up at Creative East for the second year
We are honoured to say that, once again, Peet Media was selected as a finalist in the Creative East awards held in Norwich on 8/5/09.
Our entry called "Kinzua's Weakest Link" is a documentary case study, commissioned by the Open University, for a new course entitled 'Structural Integrity: designing against failure'. The course materials are being presented to students for the first time in 2009.
"Kinzua's Weakest Link" follows the forensic investigation that followed the collapse, over 5 years ago, of the Kinzua Railroad bridge in Northern Pennsylvania. The structure was at one time the tallest bridge in the world.
